This sweet-making partwork series for De Agostini has been a fantastic experience, re-creating classic confections from childhood and inventing new ones.

 

The team has loved the challenge of delivering innovative confectionary recipes week after week with complex technical skills such as tempering chocolate, pulling taffy, making boiled and jellied sweets and much more. Devising presentation ideas was an important part of the series, as was clever propping to show off small items in their best light, along with fun and quirky ideas to appeal to the readers and their kids.
